These two recordings are of Tibetan Singing Bowls utilized like gongs. Although typically intuition and scanning are used to determine when to move from one Reiki position to the next, there are sessions that through necessity adhere to predetermined time constraints such as an hour.

Instead of having to continuously having to look at a clock or timing device, you can play either recording and the singing bowl will strike every 5 minutes. There is a high pitched bowl initially to start the session, followed by 12 lower pitched bowls, then ending the 12th position with a repeat of the high pitched bowl to signal the end of the hour session.

The 20 minute version follows the same pattern. A high pitched bowl to start the session with 4 lower bowl strikes every 5 minutes ending with a high pitched bowl after five minutes at the 4th position to end the 20 minute session.
